Lavender Syrup Recipe

What you need:
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons of Organic Dried Lavender Flowers
2 cups of sugar
Stove top or hot plate
Strainer
How to:
Add the Lavender and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Simmer for 15 minutes then remove from the heat and allow to cool and steep for at least 1 hour or longer, until the flavor is to your liking.
Strain out the lavender, pour syrup into a bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
This syrup is perfect for London Fogs and Matcha Lattes. Add 35g of Lavender simple syrup to any 12 ounce tea latte. Enjoy!
