How to:

  1. Add the Lavender and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.

  3. Simmer for 15 minutes then remove from the heat and allow to cool and steep for at least 1 hour or longer, until the flavor is to your liking.

  4. Strain out the lavender, pour syrup into a bottle and keep in the refrigerator.

This syrup is perfect for London Fogs and Matcha Lattes. Add 35g of Lavender simple syrup to any 12 ounce tea latte. Enjoy!
